At SATISFY, we are committed to ensuring your high-performance gear meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all technical tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for performance integrity, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
